Delta Sigma is dedicated to Sigma Gamma Rho's mission of greater progress in the areas of education.  Our  2021 Youth Essay Contest invites youth to write about issues involving race, politics, and social media.  

 

The contest is sponsored by the chapter's civic committee and is open to youth in grades 3 through 12.  A completed entry form and an essay written on this year's theme must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. (CST) on February 13, 2021.  Late or incomplete entries will not be eligible for the competition.  Completed essays must be emailed to dscivicchair1922@gmail.com.  Be sure to include a submission form with emailed entries.

One winner from the following categories: 3-5 grade, 6-8th grade, and 9-12 grade will be notified via email.
