Natasha Robinson is a full-service loan originator with over 20 years of experience originating loans and assisting building generational wealth through homeownership. Mrs. Robinson is a graduate of Chicago State University and earned an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. Mrs. Robinson is a property owner and investor, a mother, a wife, and a business owner. She is a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. 

As branch manager at Guaranteed Rate Affinity, Mrs. Robinson recently opened the first double minority Guaranteed Rate branch located at 54 E 26th St. Under Mrs. Robinson’s direction this branch boasts a successful team of 14 employees. At the close of 2021, Mrs. Robinson ended the year closing out $83 million in sales and 380 total in loans. This accomplishment earned her membership in the prestigious Chairman’s Circle. She specializes in Conventional, VA, FHA, Jumbo Renovation Loans and Down Payment Assistance. 


Since 2018, Mrs. Robinson has been named top 1% Loan Originator by Executive Magazine. In her 20 years of loan experience, she has spent most of this time being a loan processor for a top producing agent.  First Capital Mortgage was the first mortgage company she interviewed with and hired her on the spot. She grew from an associate in the closing department, to the accounting and processing department, then finally, where she found her passion, the position of Loan Originator. It was at this pivotal point in her career, she was able to learn ‘‘how to be smarter than the underwriter!”

 

Through the many challenges in the real estate market, Mrs. Robinson remains focused and resourceful to support our communities. She continues to build new relationships with top agents in the real estate industry to collaborate with growing businesses and home ownership. Her leadership and advocacy are a gem, as she changes the lives of families in the communities of Chicago.
